Guarantee

Carpet Colour Restorations guarantees that our dyes are permanent and colour fast against any unusual fading for the life of the carpet. (Does not include and damage incurred by natural causes or abuse)

Please note however that we cannot be held responsible for resultant fading from chemicals in carpet which cannot be neutralized during the initial visit as we did not cause the original problem. In the unlikely event that repaired spot(s) require touch-up there will be a one-time return charge ($145.00 minimum).

Please make sure you are as honest and informative with us as this will result in the best possible outcome for your carpet restoration. Holding back information such as how long ago the bleach spill occurred or if you have tried other chemicals yourself to remedy, can hamper our results. We like to always delight our customers with our finished product and can only do so when we are fully informed.
